We can not guarantee a delivery time frame due to UPS, Fed EX, USPS having changed their policies to reflect no specific delivery time-frames. We will do our best to accommodate but are limited to their policies.
On average Pre-Covid ~ Preparing the Order, Shipping and Delivery can take up to 14 Business days. The average is 5-10 Business Days. Of course, there are variables out of our control like Mother Nature, Post Office, USP, etc. We do our best to have it to you in a timely manner.
Exceptions to shipping timeline: Back Orders from the manufacture. That date will be determined by the manufacture. Black Hills Goddess had no control over this timeline.
At this time we only ship within the USA.

Returns

All Sales are Final due to the nature of the products.
If the item is damaged upon delivery you must reach out to Black Hills Goddess in writing at bhgoddess@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt to determine the best course of action.
