Wear the mask (either heated or chilled) to soothe sinuses, head colds, sunburns, headaches and swollen eyes.  The eye cutouts will allow you to watch TV, read a book or just relax.  The elastic strap makes the mask a one-size-fits most and will keep the mask in place while resting or sitting.

Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour to provide quick, reliable relief. The secret is in the unique gel formulation that retains temperature longer than water-based fillers.

For heat relief soak in warm water for 5 minutes or until the desired temperature is attained. Do not heat in a microwave or traditional oven.
